About The Founder
Mr. Jayesh V. Kakadiya, the founder of Akshar Power Tool Pvt. Ltd. (formerly known as Akshar Industry), holds an M.Pharm degree and began his professional career as a Lecturer in Pharmacy at SSPC Zundal after completing his post-graduation in 2008. During his academic career, he developed strong practical skills and a passion for solving real-world industrial challenges.
While working, he identified a major gap in the Indian manufacturing sector, where armatures used in power tools and motors were largely dependent on imports. With a vision to contribute to domestic manufacturing and reduce import dependency, he started the manufacturing journey in 2009 along with his partners, initially managing manual production operations alongside his teaching profession.
Despite facing early challenges, trials, and financial risks, his determination, continuous learning, and focus on quality manufacturing helped establish a stable production system. In 2010, he transitioned full-time into the business, and by 2014–15, the company began adopting automation to enhance production efficiency and quality standards.
Today, under his leadership, Akshar Power Tool Pvt. Ltd. has grown into a trusted manufacturer of power tools, armatures, DC motor components, and field coils, serving both retail and OEM customers across domestic and international markets.
Inspired by the “Make in India” initiative, he is focused on expanding manufacturing capacity, strengthening technology adoption, and building long-term partnerships with suppliers, employees, and channel partners. His vision is to drive transparent, scalable, and globally competitive manufacturing growth in the coming years.
